If you enable location services for the FOTP mobile application, the app may access your device’s approximate or precise location to determine when you are physically near an FOTP campus, classroom, event, or other designated location.

We use this information to provide location-based features, including allowing eligible users to be automatically or more easily checked in for classes, groups, events, services, or other FOTP activities.

Depending on the permissions you choose to grant, location information may be accessed while you are using the app and, when specifically permitted by you and supported by the feature, while the app is running in the background.

FOTP does not use your device location for advertising, marketing profiling, or tracking your movements for unrelated purposes.

You can decline location permission and continue using other features of the FOTP app. You may also change or revoke location permissions at any time through your device’s settings. Disabling location access will prevent location-based check-in and other features that require your location from functioning.

Location information is used only to provide location-related functionality such as determining whether you are near a designated FOTP location for check-in or other location-based app features.

Fellowship of the Parks does not sell your personal information.

We do not use or share your personal information for third-party advertising.

We may use trusted technology and service providers to operate our websites, applications, databases, communications, check-in systems, and other ministry systems. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to FOTP and are expected to handle that information appropriately.

Use of location services within the FOTP app is voluntary.

You can choose not to provide location access. If you decline, you may still use the FOTP app, but automatic or location-assisted check-in and other features that depend on location may not be available.

FOTP systems do not store complete credit card or bank account information. Payment information is processed through the applicable payment processing providers.

Location information used for location-based features is not used by FOTP to create advertising profiles or a history of your movements.

Some FOTP ministries and events serve children and families. Information concerning children may be maintained as necessary for registration, check-in, safety, parental communication, and ministry administration.

Location services within the FOTP mobile app relate to the device and account for which the user has granted location permission.
