Campus Media Director

STAFF LEVEL:
Manager

CLASSIFICATION:
Part-Time

SCHEDULE & HOURS PER WEEK:
The normal work week is Wednesday through Sunday. Weekend hours and some evening work are required.
15-20 hours per week.

Overall Responsibilities:
Provide Production and Technical support for weekend services and weekday events at campus venues.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all Production and Technical aspects of weekend services at assigned campus.
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteer media teams at assigned campuses.
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteer media teams for student services.
• Provide technical support as needed at all Fellowship of the Parks Campuses.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Skills & Attributes:
• Excellent live audio mixing skills with band and singers.
• Proficient in programming lighting console
• Proficient in ProPresenter and other presentation software.
• Proficient with video switching and video systems.
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Passion for equipping and empowering volunteer teams.

Experience Required:
• High School diploma
• 3-5 years of experience in a live production environment

Campus Worship Pastor

Overall Responsibilities:
Partner with the Central Media / Worship Pastor to create an enjoyable, accepting, authentic, relevant, and robust weekend experience.

Lead worship services weekly. Including, but not limited to:
– leading rehearsals and service run-throughs
– debrief weekends
– provide feedback to the Central Team
Spot, recruit, and develop worship team members through the onboarding process.
Develop, lead, communicate and build the FOTP culture across your teams.
Establish and maintain excellence on stage and throughout your teams.
Provide pastoral care and love for your team members.
Be available for leading, planning, and participation in special events.
Lead and develop a student band or multiple student bands to develop players for other services.
Other areas as assigned by the Central Media Pastor or Worship Pastor.

Skills & Attributes:
Highly proficient vocally.
Musical talent and abilities should include, but are not limited to:
– instrumental
– arranging/producing
– songwriting
– ability to sing and coach harmonies
Leadership skills, including the ability to:
– Recruit new team members
– Multiply members, team, and leaders
– Develop new talent
Must possess some creativity within the music/worship space and be able to communicate that creativity.
Commitment to excellence.
Strong communication skills on and off the stage.
Basic understanding of music theory.
Basic abilities in a DAW (Ableton, ProTools, Logic, etc.)
Two years of worship leadership experience on staff at a church or equivalent.
Band leadership and musical development

Qualifications:
1. Must be a Christ-follower and have been baptized by immersion.
2. Must be fully engaged at Fellowship of the Parks (or willing to become fully engaged). Fully engaged means actively participating at FOTP by attending, serving, giving, and connecting to a small group.
3. Agree to Fellowship of the Parks’ C4 Leadership Covenant.
4. Agree to the Fellowship of the Parks’ Statement of Beliefs.

Expectations:
1. Lead musical worship at all FOTP adult and student services at your campus.
2. Plan and execute weekly rehearsals with your bands.
3. Regularly meet with your teams to develop them.

FOTP Student Pastor (Full-Time)

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and execution of a 6-12th grade student ministry, including student services, discipleship,
and serving and leadership development components.
2. Reach students with the gospel, equip them to develop their relationship with Christ and others, and
empower them to serve the Kingdom, their church, and their community.
3. Reach and develop relationships with students and their parents.
4. Grow the ministry both numerically and in maturity.
5. Recruit and develop a top-notch leadership team of volunteers.
6. Other tasks and projects as communicated through the Campus Pastor or Executive Team.

Organization Structure
This position reports directly to the Executive Pastor and is given regular direction and tasks by their Campus
Pastor.

Qualifications:
1. Must be a Christ follower and have been baptized by immersion.
2. Must be fully engaged (or willing to become fully engaged) at Fellowship of the Parks.
3. Agree to Fellowship of the Parks’ C4 Leadership Covenant.
4. Agree with, and be able to defend, the Fellowship of the Parks Statement of Beliefs.
5. Proven leadership in a growing student ministry.
6. A huge heart to be a student ministry pastor, not a stepping-stone to something else.
7. Theological training, and fully able to understand, communicate and defend our doctrinal position.
8. Excellent teacher with a passion to see students follow Jesus.
9. Team builder and motivational leader.
10. Ability to captivate students, lead volunteers, and communicate clearly to parents.

Expectations:
1. This is a full-time job with an expectation that the Student Pastor will work 40 hours per week on the
Student Ministry.
2. For the ministry, in attendance AND maturity, to grow for students, volunteers, and parents.
