The Generosity Ladder — Initial, Consistent, Intentional, Sacrificial, Legacy Giver

Why We Give

The Bible teaches us the standard for giving: the tithe. When we give the first 10% of our income to the church, we put God first in our lives. Tithing is an act of worship that expresses our gratitude, faith, and love for others.

Start Somewhere

At FOTP, we believe in a concept called the Generosity Ladder. While the tithe is the standard, we understand that if you’ve never given anything, that can be overwhelming. Start somewhere and you’ll be amazed at what God does with your generosity!

Why We Give

Giving is an act of obedience that declares God is first in our lives. It’s our way of saying, “I trust You as my source.”
Tithing connects our resources to Kingdom purpose, creates space for God to move, and breaks the pull of self-reliance. What He’s entrusted to us, we return in obedience.
